The Journey Begins

well here goes ! if i wait for inspiration from the muse of …… nothing well be done, so just type  !

a goodly week for me , got to Oxford to see REFRESH turning-point’s recovery cafe with my son Aaron

teaching knitting with truly courageous woman at the refugee council

appoint with the psychiatrist for family therapy, a very goodly thing
